CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TO PREVENT ANY CONFUSION OR UNWANTED FEES •ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED INSIDE MY FACILITY (vapes/e-cigarettes/drugs/cigarettes) •Please confirm your appointment through your link you received when booking email/text there will be a button after you click the link to confirm. Your appointment could be canceled if you DO NOT confirm. •Please note cash/zelle are tax free and all other payments have a 7% state tax on them. (ApplePay/Card/Buy Now Pay Later) I DO NOT accept Cashapp transfers but the card is fine at this time. •They’re is a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. •Please be aware of my 10min late fee of $15 after 15 mins you are considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. To avoid this please cancel within a timely manner and communicate instead of no-showing because you will be blocked from booking after a no-show. You will also be blocked if your payment does not go through. This does apply to people on the waitlist as well unless you do not accept the appointment when it appears.
